Internal Sales Adviser
We are looking for an Internal Sales Adviser to work within our successful Health and Safety Training organisation.
Boss Training has been established over 10 years providing training to a wide range of clients, large and small throughout the UK. We are one of the leading providers for Safe Work at Height and Asbestos Awareness training.
Your role will be to enhance client relationships and identify new opportunities to develop the business, handling inbound telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally and maintain regular contact with clients. In addition you will be required to organise courses, instructors, venues etc to ensure a smooth transition from initial quote to completion. A keen eye for detail is therefore essential.
You will work closely with our Business Development Manager and support staff to look for improvement opportunities that will ensure our customer service levels continue to rise. Knowledge of the training industry is an advantage but not essential.
Ideally you will already have a good understanding of sales and customer service. You will be confident and outgoing as outbound calls will sometimes be required to generate new business. You will have the ability to work as part of a team to get the job done. You must be self-motivated and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. The role is interesting and varied and if you are motivated and organised this is a perfect opportunity to progress your career in a busy and fun office environment with a forward thinking company.
Holding a UK driving license would be an advantage but not essential.
